These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Stratum Industries Inc, trading as Stratum Health. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They govern the website and the text-message programme in section 3. They are not the agreement under which we provide services to a practice, which is a separate signed contract.

2Using this site and the demo line

The demo number published on this site, +1 (615) 637-2578, connects you to an automated voice agent so that you can hear how it works. It is a demonstration.

Do not use the demo line for real medical matters, and do not use it to seek advice, treatment or care of any kind. It is not a medical service, it cannot help in an emergency, and nothing it says is medical advice. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Calls to the demo line are recorded and transcribed so that we can improve the service. How we handle information from those calls is described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

3Text messages: Stratum demo follow-up

Programme: Stratum demo follow-up, operated by Stratum Industries Inc.

Who receives messages: people who call our demo line and reach the end of the demonstration. Messages are sent to the number you called from, from +1 (615) 637-2578.

Message frequency: one message per completed demo call.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the message; your mobile carrier may.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. For help: email founders@stratumindustries.co.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.

4Our content

The text, design, graphics and software on this site belong to Stratum Industries Inc or our licensors. You may read and share the pages; you may not copy the site or reuse its content commercially without our permission.

Product names and logos belonging to other companies are shown to identify integrations and remain the property of their owners. Their appearance here is not a claim of partnership or endorsement.

5No warranty, and limits on our liability

This site and the demo line are provided as they are. We do not promise that they will always be available, error-free, or that the information on the site is complete or current. Figures and examples shown on the site are illustrative.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the demo line. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
