What we collect, and what we don’t.

1Who we are

This website is published by Stratum Industries Inc (“we”, “us”), which trades as Stratum Health. You can reach us at founders@stratumindustries.co or by post at 15 Shipley Circle, Westford, MA 01886.

This policy explains what we collect from people who visit this website or ask us to get in touch, and what we do with it. It covers this website and the text messages described in section 3.

2What this site collects

Visiting the site. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request, including the IP address, the browser and device, the page requested and the time. This is how the site is served and kept secure. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

Our forms. Two places on this site ask for your details: a single email field near the top of the home page, and a demo request form at the foot of several pages, which asks for your name, work email address and practice name. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

What happens to either: it is delivered to a private channel in our internal Slack workspace so that a member of our team sees it and can contact you about Stratum Health. It is not added to a mailing list, it is not used for automated marketing, and it does not sign you up for text messages.

If you called our demo line, the recording and transcript of that call are covered by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices rather than by this policy.

3Text messages

We operate one text-message programme, Stratum demo follow-up. It goes only to people who call our demo line and reach the end of the demonstration, at the number they called from, and it is sent from +1 (615) 637-2578.

You will receive one message per completed demo call. It thanks you for the call and contains a link to book a meeting with us. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or the fact that you opted in with third parties or affiliates for their own direct marketing purposes.

Filling in the form on this site does not enrol you in this programme, and calling the demo line does not add you to any email list.

4Stopping the messages, and getting help

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will send no further messages to that number.

5Cookies, analytics and advertising

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not set cookies to profile you or to advertise to you. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts and images are served from our own domain rather than a third-party network, so loading a page here does not report your visit to anyone else.

6Retention, your choices, and contacting us

We keep form submissions for as long as we are in contact with you about our services, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Hosting logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and then discarded.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing founders@stratumindustries.co. We will respond within a reasonable period.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described on this page rather than made quietly.
